Welcome to SADR (Shri Ji Association for Dispute Resolution), a dedicated Council for Domestic and International Arbitration. Established as a Section 8 company under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India, SADR is a non-governmental organization committed to fostering effective and neutral dispute resolution processes for both domestic and international cases. We strive to uplift and modernize legal education through extensive research and training, positioning ourselves as a leader in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Shri Ji Association for Dispute Resolution (SADR), a registered institute under the Companies Act is led by Retired Session Judge Mr. Shiv Singh Chouhan, who brings over 15 years of judicial expertise in both domestic and international arbitration . SADR offers focused training, promotes best practices, and fosters a network of skilled professionals. Supported by an Advisory Board of High Court judges and Supreme Court advocates, we aim to bridge the gap between theoretical law and practical resolution. Beyond arbitration services, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of professionals through our training programs and specialized workshops in domestic and international arbitration.
